Yes, they process claims Rather quickly. That's if i don't have to fight with them first. ONE Thing dotsure should really impove on is how they handle accidents. We don't all have money in the bank sitting there gathering dust. We cannot all afford to pay 10k upfront for a surgery. That is why I pay over a R1000 a month, money you earn a hell of a lot of interest on!!!! Dotsure seems to forget, it's us plebs that care about our pets that pay the salaries and the bmw's in the garages of the top brass. Really, why can you not work on an estimate for accidents ect. Client will happily supply the invoice, proof of payment and refund the "Change" once the surgery is done and the documentation is ready.

This is one thing that will make me switch to another per insurance.
