The consultant knows customer service what it mean and they also know what customers deserve when time of need. I have been in 3 insurance, but their service is only good when they collect debit ,when it's time to give back ,it's difficult to get help .

I wish the company train Dotsure consultant can also do provide training to other insurance.

Dotsure values my money that am paying every months , and they attend my claim immediately when see my email and I got call from consultant and all was exceptional, my claim was completed withing 24hours .
