RE: Shay Harris Firstly I must apologize very red faced for the angry review I made about Dotsure's business I apologize unreservedly. But actually the reason I do so is mainly the excellent service and patience and tenacity that Ms Shay Harris has put in correcting my misconceptions by numerous phone calls to elucidate the real facts as supposed to my erroneous interpretation of an email sent to me, after a claim not fully reimbursed. If I may I would like to ask management to seriously consider a fitting acknowledgement and reward of Ms Shay,s excellence. An ambassador for Dotsure par excellance.
