Mr Zachary Frieslaar phoned me this morning in a recorded conversation to confirm if my details are still the same.No 1 his voice was very clear I did not struggle to hear what he is saying.He was very patient with me to explain more to make me fully understand what he is talking about.At no stage I felt that he is fed-up or irritated with me.He was friendly, gentle,spot on with the advice whaaw people like him are so scarce to find these days.Customer service 👌👌I am impressed.Thanks to him.
