I am a customer of dot sure my pet and my car I was involved in a accident as advised by them I submitted my paper work waiting for more than a week I finally called them but no one gets back to us they take your money my claim was rejected no one explains nothing rude staff no one calks back till today I have not a clear answer why my claim is rejected the staff ignores you does not talk clearly I'm shocked left out surance for them very saddened
