Dot sure insure unable to assist me on my accident l had, they asked me too many questions then took about a week after accident done. Claim department failed to support me on accident after already took the case number from the police station.

The lady in the claim department asked me a lot of questions which they will never mention when you joined them some of them is my personal then end up cancel them

My family friends never use dot sure it's terrible insurance incredible business.
