Motor warranty nightmare

On the 8th of October 2022, I was contacted by dotsure regarding motor warranty that had expired. I then signed up for 2 new motor warranties for 2 of my vehicles. A range rover and golf 6 gti. I had asked your consultant if I would be covered as soon as my premium was debited and she confirmed that it was. A few weeks later my gti broke down, I had my vehicle towed to Coalab and then submitted a claim for the repair of the vehicle. The claim was rejected on the grounds that we cannot claim within 60 days from the inception of the policy. Your consultant didn't tell me this over the phone either.

We tried for months to resolve this but got nowhere. In August we were told that our policy would be canceled and the premiums returned. I completed the form that had to go to the dispute department but nothing came of that. So u had vehicle repaired out of pocket. A while later I had an issue again, and the claim was rejected. What is the of paying for a roadside warranty If your company looks for every reason to not honor a claim? They do not tell the important details when signing you on, they just want the sale without any of the responsibility behind it, Dotsure your customer service is a disgrace and when signing on customer you need to disclose all information regarding the claims process
