Motor warranty insurance companies dotsure

I'm not happy about this insurance dotsure warranty I join this insurance company to cover my vehicle. On the 02 April 2025 I claim for repairs on my vehicle I submitted all documents to them a lady by awonke madlane she said she can't play my claim because workshop is registered with RMI but it's basic I must move the vehicle to other workshop I did so I submitted quotation for the second time she said she still not happy with that workshop, on 08 April 2025 I send her email asking her for the third workshop I visited for new quotation now she no longer responding my email I tried to call her line always busy. Please help me to find way forward
