Please do not get caught as I did and be aware !!!!!!!!! Motor Warranty: I have been with dotsure since June 2018 to date (4years) and lodged a claim being the first, in respect of suspension upper arm and lower arm bushes.(other Insurers cover these parts for that premium. They find ways to avoid a settlement, by not mentioning all exclusions in the policy They have answers for everything and find loopholes to avoid settlement. Initially when the policy is issued, there is no exclusions list. If you purchase a new vehicle you have a manufacturers warranty covering all working parts bumper to bumper. I received a sms advising that a assessor was appointed, to this day no assessor contacted me to view the vehicle. Where in the world did you hear that a vehicle is digitally assessed. They think we are fools. They did not consult the repairer to confirm the damage (failure report as they call it) I intend to cancel my policy and move to another insurer should they not review my claim. Thanks hellopeter
