I am very disgusted with DOTSURE service, I took up an insurance for my car with them, I gave them a date to debit, they went in to my account before that date and I accumulated unpaid debit order fees because of them, they rerun a debit order again and took way more than our agreement and still charged me an amount to rerun debit order yet it was their fault from the very first place, I have spoken to many agents there but still they haven't refunded all my money they took without my consent and the charges the made me accumulate, I really hate their service so BAD
