I requested a quote via Facebook for Pet Insurance from Dotsure and the following day Jackie Buni gave me a call. He gave me all the information I needed and was so friendly and happy to chat. He answered all my questions and the call didn't feel rushed, I also didn't feel pushed into anything. I was in 2 minds about signing up for pet insurance but Jackie put my mind at ease and explained EVERYTHING from A-Z. At the end of our call I had no questions and was happy to go ahead.
