Worst Pathetic ever Insurer,Dont even consider covering your house contents they rather pay o think Animals instead,Our house was broken into 10.10.2023,never recieved any Call,Email from these ******s even after i loogged a call that my house was broken into,Dotsure im utterly disgusted disgusted to the core of your unprofessional,lack of Customer Service or Urgency only after 22 days i recieved an email to say they declining my claim totally no empathy and professionalism they refusing to pay my claim,Dotsure you people are quick to debit from my account but when its time to claim i have to fight now you people cannot pay me for the contents i specifically specified in my Property. Day light ******s thats what you are only after 22 days thats when you decided to just send an email that you declining my claim,Totally disgusted and have no Profesional,No Cust Service Urgency or empathy For your Clients i will make sure i take this up further and Absolutely cancelling my policy or any business with you ******s!!!
