Misleading sales reps
Very upset. I signed up a accidental insure policy for my dogs with Dotsure. I was told I would have to pay upfront costs at vet in the event of an accident. My dog had an accident yesterday and I had searched several different vets to see who will accept the insurance without me having to pay upfront. Every vet said I had to pay first and claim from the insurance. When I spoke to a dotsure agent I was told it’s up to the vet to accept payment later or upfront and they do not have control of the vet. I the. Asked if they could give me a list of vets that they have on their database that would allow for no upfront payment and was given 2 vets. When I called the vet I was told I have to pay first. It is so upsetting that these companies can do this to clients. Suraya Heeder was my consultant.
