Misleading policy wording

I'm not impressed with Dotsure.co.za in that their policy wording is misleading. In the short-term insurance industry "claim" means per incident. A consultant patiently explained to me that "claim" means per diagnosis. So, if you claim for the same diagnosis you get paid out far less than the cost of the treatment. Recently my 2 Danes (ages 9 & 12) were diagnosed with arthritis and only got paid out 50% of the cost. I'm keen to see what princely sum we get paid out for the next vet visit......
