Misleading Policies

The policy I was sold was riddled with vague terms and hidden clauses. It felt like the insurance company was deliberately trying to mislead me to extract as much money as possible without offering adequate coverage. The fine print is intentionally confusing, making it nearly impossible to understand what is and isn't covered.

The people out there, please note that if you pay your premium on and after the 15th, you are only covered for the remainder of that month. This policy works from the 1st to month end, and not from the date you make your payment to the next, leaving you not covered from the next month 1st - 15th until you make your next payment.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against choosing this car insurance company. The terrible customer service, and misleading policies. There are much better options out there with reputable insurance companies that prioritize their customers and offer transparent and fair coverage. Save yourself the headache and avoid this insurance provider.
