Mis selling

On the 20/02/2023 I took car insurance with Dot sure and the consultant that I spoke to said that R298.77 for pro rata and R697.14 for the remaining days of February will be deducted which means R995.91 was supposed to be deducted on my account but R1377.44 was dedusted on my account. I want to know why the agreed amount was not deducted, is that how you welcome your new clients I’m not impressed at all, this needs to be sorted out immediately and refund of the different amount. As you say your calls are recorded for quality and security reason you need to listen to the call and tell me is that what I agreed on
