Mieke Zeeman was an exceptional consultant today. She explained all the information thoroughly and I could speak in my Home Languae (Afrikaans) which was beneficial for both me and the consultant! The phone call was quick and efficient with no extra hassles. I am satisfied with my choice of pet insurance plan.
