Mieke Zeeman gave me a call (after requested by me) to start my journey with dotsure.co.za. She clearly introduced herself and explained the purpose of the call. Explained everything very clearly to me and how everything works and what is expected of me and of her. She also respected that I did not want to share personal information over the phone and quickly sent me an email to help me feel more comfortable. She is very friendly and speaks in a calm manner. This makes me very happy to start my journey with Dotsure.
