Michael assisted me with a difficult decision by providing alternatives and discussing pros and cons. He gave me an opportunity to consider and I appreciate that he did so with kindness and consideration. I wish a few other companies would take a few leaves out of Dotsure’s book. 5 stars deservedly!!!!!
