Iv been requesting to cancel my contact with Dotsure pets since the month of March 2023,
The retention department refuses to call me to back after numerous attempts, it’s very frustrating with the customer service I’m receiving
How difficult is it just to cancel a stupid contract?
I’m tired of despising my debit orders.
Guys please be careful of this company It’s a ****.
