Medical Claim made right.

Policy No PETA*** - Pam Koloti - claim PETA***

Our Jack Russell went missing on Saturday 25th June 2022 and after 4 days at temperatures well below zero, I presumed she had either been taken by a caracal or jackal. On the 29th of June 2022, Didi was found semi-conscious at the edge of the dam which is some 500m away from the house and it is a very steep raven, at 1pm. I had cancelled Didi's medical cover with Dotsure on the 29th of June 2022 in the morning, thinking she was most certainly dead. Didi was taken to the vet clinic in Mooi River and kept overnight for observation. On my return home I called Dotsure and told them my story and Didi was re-instated back onto Dotsure. Once Didi was well enough to come home I submitted her claim to Dotsure. Sadly this was rejected. I escalated the claim to complaints along with my story and Pam Koloti was most helpful and understanding with my story and overturned the claim for Didi. Thank you so much Pam Koloti & Dotsure.
