Mechanical warranty - dishonest insurance provider

Absolutely shocking poor service from Dotsure. I would not advise anyone to sign up with Dotsure.

After being a client for 5 years they come up with any excuse not to pay for claims. They go as far as being blatantly dishonest by telling me my premium wasnt received for that specific month that the incident occured despite me sending them my bAnk statement proving the premium was paid. Nobody gets back to you, you phone and on hold for 20min+. They could not find any reason to not pay my claim so they decided to use a stalling tactic by saying premium was not received. I even received a rejection letter for my claim with the same reason after sending them my bank statement. Absolutely imcompetent bunch of people working at Dotsure.

When you claim for home content they say your claim amounts are more than your premiums over the years and they want to cancel your policy but they covered you for x amount from day one so now because you didnt 50 years for your claim amounts to match the amount you covered for then they want to cancel your policy. They are an absolute joke. I wil be sure to take them to the ombudsman and to court if i have to but i will not accept this incompotent treatment from Dotsure.
