Matthew - Dotsure Warranty & Claims

I have a policy with Dotsure.co.za for a while now. Prior to the long weekend I had a mechanical failure , and due to the long weekend , repairs & claim could only be initiated post the weekend. Somehow Dotsure forgot about the claim yet the Workshop sent through the documentation. I was a little cheesed as I had to phone them . Enter Matthew from Warranty & Claims, he processed the claim expediently , furnished me feedback . Matthew assured me of payment in the next few days and all the legwork and approvals was instant. Thank you Matthew for the compensating for the delay and being prompt. Appreciated
