Marizel at Dotsure
Marizel Bernardo contacted me some time ago after I queried about pet insurance. I delayed in getting back to her. She did not constantly phone but did indeed follow-up. My premium on my current plan with another company, went up from R504 to R655 for one dog. Marizel assisted with a premium of R523 which include my 11-year-old dog for accident cover. She was super helpful and extremely friendly and thorough, and it was a very easy process.
