Mariska Langiza gone AWOL on me for more than 2 weeks

I usually receive great service from Dotsure mara this time. Mariska Langiza disappointed me big time. Everytime I call in I'm told Mariska is handling your claim did she not call you?. Then a week later still no call from Mariska, then another week I call still no call back from Mariska then 2 days later still no call. I ended telling the person assisting me to handle the claim and stop telling me about Mariska Langiza because I signed up with Dotsure not Mariska
