Manufactured Ratings = Dotsure is not who they pretend to me

Dotsure’s high HelloPeter rating are FALSE. Their service is excellent when you sign up, and they send you a link to rate them on Hello Peter based on your first and last good interaction with them. However, once the policy is active, the service declines drastically.

I paid over R6,000 annually once off for two dogs, but the claims process was difficult, poorly handled, and claims were denied for reasons I found unfair.

Before my policy renewal date, I cancelled and requested a debit order cancellation form. Over a week later, I still had not received it, yet dotsure continued attempting daily debits from my account. I followed up with Jackie B, Ayana Z, and Annemi D.P, but no one resolved the matter.

Based on my experience, dotsure is responsive when signing you up but unhelpful when you need support. I would not recommend them and am moving back to Acro360.
