Manipulative selling

Just a warning to be very careful when dealing with agents over the phone due to manipulative selling. I was under the impression I was on a comprehensive cover as I asked the agent this in my call and he stated "its not the same as we dont offer car hire", to me this was fine as I didnt need a car hire so I went on with the deal u til at claim stage I was told that I have a total loss cover for R20 000 only. Who pays a monthly fee of over R700 for a R20 000 cover. Anyway it was also my carelessness to not double check my documents sent to my email after the sale. It's just sad that we put our trust in companies such as this who doesn't value their customers. Sad.
