I wish to commend Rebecca "Becca" Nel (Sales Consultant) on her absolute customer focus and dedication to her trade. I was totally impressed with her attention to detail and insistence on ensuring that I understand the full context end content of the policy which I took out for our three pet dogs. This after I unsuccessfully tried to buy the product online. She followed up by phone and indicated that she saw my attempts on the online service. I found this to be very useful as I could then interact with a human being who understood my needs. After concluding the transaction I felt confident to upgrade to a higher package merely based on her professional representation of both the company and the product. She is definitely an asset to the Dotsure image.
