I have to give Luke Quist a 10 star rating!!! This dear gentleman put up with me having a little go at the insurance companies in general and how everything keeps going up. Luke patiently waited for me to finish and told me his reason for phoning was to give me some information. No attitude after my babbling and moaning... In fact he said he completely understood! Wow... What a guy! In an age when service is dead, this gentlemen gave it when it wasn't deserved. Thank you Luke... I will think twice before doing that again. DOTSURE is lucky to have you
