<p>I had my car break down on the N2 on a Friday afternoon and was told by their consultant she would phone me back and didnt , I phoned only to be told shbe was unable to reach a tow truck service and thereas nothing she can do, </p> <p>it was getting dark and i started feeling unsafe, I phoned again but was told the same story, </p> <p>I eventually abandoed my vechile and paid a taxi to collect me, </p> <p>I phoned on the Saturday morning and had the pleasure of dealing with Dominuque Klein who not only tried to stick up for her collegues poor oerfoermance she sorted the problem out quickly and my car was then collected,</p> <p>I did not get the ladys name who was completely useless but as Dominuqe took the time to follow up much later to confirm i was helped, I was going to cancel my policy but decided not to after Dominuque assisted me so nicely, I am pleased to still be a member of the Dotsure Family</p>
