Lovely courtesy call

I received a call to have my Gold club benefits explained to me. Porche September spoke with a smile in her voice and at a pace which enabled me to hear her clearly and understand my benefits as she kindly explained them to me. Thus far I am very satisfied with the friendly service I have received. I look forward to a long relationship with my insurance and all the wonderful staff that come along with it.
