Little to no communication from Dotsure regarding claim
Useless contact Centre ,whenever you call that 044 802 number or the 0861 368, you will wait for over 20 minutes, then they will drop the call.Ive sent them emails regarding the documents they requested. Hey don't even acknowledge receipt of the documents' been waiting for over a week now. THey really must improve on communication.
