Like Family - Amazing!

I have been with Dotsure for 3yrs now and through all my claims, queries, pet loss and anything I have ever needed help with, Dotsure has been nothing short of incredible. When my pet passed, Dotsure sent me an email with their condolences and in honor of my fur baby, they were donating to a rescue. This was such a hard time for me and Dotsure was extremely comforting and gave me all of their support. This is the kind of service you expect in South Africa but sadly not everyone meets these standards as Dotsure has put the bar so high - I compare all customer service to Dotsure and no one comes close to them. I will choose Dotsure over and over again, every time!!
