Lightning Fast Service!!!
We joined the pet insurance of dotsure.co.za in 2020 to ensure our Beagle is always covered, especially be cause their noses get them into trouble. We have been quite fortunate not to claim, up0 until recently. It was a bit stressful as I was not sure how everything works but dotsure has been absolutely great. Samantha Armstrong assisted with the claim, and she was lightening fast to get it processed approved and monies were back into our account within 2 days. Ironically my pet gets better support from his medical insurance than I have ever received from any of the medical aids I have been part of.
