Life threatening company

<div>Be careful of this company. They will take you on as a client and not keep to their promises. We left outsurance To go to these guys not knowing they don't have offices to service the areas we live in. They make false promises and make you take add one. They even make you take netstar, when cartrack would be a better company. They all working together to decline claims. Their good reviews are about pets and small claims which is the strategy they using to gain big clients. They don't do anything , they don't even come to investigate. They sit behind the PC and look how to decline. I was a victim of towing *****. My cehilce was taking and tracker was off. For 2 weeks we couldn't find the vehicle. There was info given about someone who took the vehicle by word of mouth,but those towing people said they didn't have the vehicle. There also wasn't any documents about the towing company at the police station after 2 weeks the vehicle was found and coincidentally documents were apparently signed by the police only after I opened a theft case at another police station because that police station refused to open it for me. The tow truck driver that had the vehicle knows the police as he works in that area and I'm sure even knows about how these guys work with the police. I was targeted while trying to get home, as we all know how tow truck driver are, I wouldn't take a chance with them. I was intimidated on the road and I lost control out of fear of my life and while I was rushed to hospital,the tracker was turned off and the vehicle taken. Dotsure and netstar never come to my aid. ****&nbsp; was more worried to ask me where I went and whether I went to eat. No compassion. They declined me weeks after the incident and only told me to take the vehicle about 5 to 6 weeks after the incident. The same tow truck people got the vehicle as now we have to pay for all that storage and towing , when dotsure could of assisted within the same week. Now what happens to us if we can. Pay that money. Because if the towing people did this to me, they will come after us. We are literally afraid to Leave our homes due to what dotsure and Netstar have done to us. Please for your safety dont trust these guys...</div>
