Lies... Refund never happened

I phoned in to cancell my policy as we could not afford the premuim any longer. The consultant asked me if i would consider lowering the cover for a cheaper premuim and i accemted. I my call was 4 days before month end I was advised that the debitorder was already loaded on their system and that a refund would be done into my account foe the balance... Guess what the refund did not happen. I am highly dissatisfied with this!!!!!
