I had the pleasure of interacting with Liam Glenister this week during my extremely sad time losing my darling durchild of over 16 yrs, Fluffy. I sadly . needed to cancel my policy.
Liam had such comforting words which really warmed my heart and made me feel better. While staying absolutely professional.
