Lerine Domingo from Dotsure did not help me!!!! what a nightmare

Lerine Domingo is meant to be my claim 'handler', however I have gotten no help from her!!! After i called her in the morning, she requested i get the report stamped by the police, which I did, I then needed to update her, however I called the entire day, only to be told Lerine domingo is busy, i left several messages for Lerine to contact me, however she did not!!!!! it's disgusting, I have spent loads of airtime trying to get help from Dotsure. After this I am changing my insurance as Dotsure is an absolute nightmare!!!! I still haven't been contacted by Dotsure!!!
