My wife was involved in an accident on 2 November. I called dotsure to provide a tow truck. It never pitched. There was a tow truck on site, I gave dotsure the number, and they contacted him, not me! Fast forward to 1 week later. My wife went to the Sharpville police, gave her statement. Asked "do I need paperwork?" The detective in charge of the case said "No" "Your insurance company claims department will contact us" Dotsure said No! "it doesn't work that way" ***? We've been cooperative with the police and Dotsure. What the **** is Dotsure playing at?
