A while ago I enquired about the different plans available for my ten year old collie. Although she was on the medical aid for a few years the premium increases with her getting older. Sheena was always on the superior plan and after consideration we decided to rather keep her on the plan, but somehow there was a mix up at dotsure. She was accidentally put on a lower plan. When I submitted my claim the response was that she does not qualify for routine care. On the superior plan that is included and weg I enquired about it, Lee-Ann Heideman immediately grasped what was going on and her answer was no worries I will sort it for you.
