Leads a lot to be desired

Not a bad option for pet insurance. However, just like any insurance company they will always make sure to pay you out less than the full claim amount. I find it ridiculous how much i pay monthly, and then when I claim (which is not often) they short change me for an emergency vet visit. Well done on quick turnaround time, but its a thumbs down for my last couple of experiences. Likely to cancel, and rather save that money separately each month, as its likely to be the same things (if not better)
