Lack of service, 0 feedback

I am absolutely appalled at the sheer lack of service and communication that I am receiving from you guys. It seems you guys take my premiums from me every month yet when something actually happens and it comes time to claim you guys are impossible to get hold of or just don’t give any feedback at all. I am now e mailing you on my work e mail out of sheer frustration because I refuse to sit on my phone and type this out.

I had an accident on Saturday (11/01/2020) I reported the accident as soon as I could to the Brooklyn police station and you guys the very same morning. I was sent an sms shortly after telling me that my claim would be handled by a Babalwa Pita and I received my claim number. On Monday I received a phone call from Anastacia informing me that I should get 2 quotations and forward them with pictures and any other relevant information to *** . I did so on Monday during working hours but yet heard nothing until I started calling repeatedly and messaging you guys on social media on Tuesday morning, I then received another phone call on Tuesday from a lady whose name I cannot remember informing me that I would need to go to the police station and get a copy of the accident report, so I went all the way to the police station during working hours but was turned away at the police station as they said my insurance should request the accident report or I must pay them for a copy. So that was I gigantic waste of my time which I had to take off from work for. I then complained some more on social media, I then received another phone call informing me my complaint would be escalated. On Wednesday morning I finally received a phone call from the person supposedly handling my claim, Babalwa Pita, who then informed me that none of my documents had been received which I had sent on Monday afternoon. She also asked about the accident report and I explained to her again that I had been to the police station and been turned away empty handed. I then said to her it was not an issue I will send them again she must let me know if she has received them or not. This was at 08:19 yesterday morning it is now 14:27 the day after and I have heard NOTHING from anyone, I have again had to reach out on social media to get any response from you guys.

1. Is this how you guys handle all your claims?

2. Is it fair that we pay you guys premiums every month yet you have your clients driving around fetching quotations and accident reports during hours where they should be working to earn a living to pay your premiums?

3. How do I get any action in terms of my claim?
