Kyla was incredibly helpful over the phone, informing me that a few of my animals were reaching the cut off date for signing up for a more comprehensive plan that covers illness etc. She also kindly helped me add two more dogs onto the plan, and adjusted the other ones whilst also informing me of any price adjustments along the way. Always happy to deal with DotSure! Which I think is a rare thing to say when dealing with most insurance companies!
