Kyla Knoetze contacted me re upgrading the insurance for one of my older dogs. I asked her to phone back a bit later, which she did. Explained everything very nicely and answered all my questions, even ones not relevant to the specific dog plan being upgraded. Real pleasure to deal with her and the company. Have not had 1 bad experience so far.
