Kyla Knoetze called me to have a general discussion about my pet insurance policy. We got to talking about my older dog, who was not covered with the pet insurance as she was too old to be added onto the various options available. Kyla suggested I add my Shilo under the Accidental cover. She explained everything thoroughly to me, including the fact that my monthly payment would be discounted if I added Shilo.
