Recently I needed to contact Dotsure re continued pet insurance. Rebecca was professional, knowledgeable and patiently listened and noted my queries to follow up. Rebecca called back the next day with mutually agreed resolutions to my queries. At no stage during our conversations did I feel I was "just another call. Rebecca explained everything in clear plain English. My previous experience with other insurance companies has been an uphill battle - David and Goliath situation..
