Hi there, my name is Kevin Cloete and has been a dotsure client for a few years.I submitted a number of claims over the years due to numerous complications with my pet dog and everytime the dotsure/ Pet insurance department has been simply been superb and highly professional. I submitted my claim this afternoon at 13:30 with a very friendly agent Lee Ann Heideman.She promised to call me back with feedback and 15 minutes later she called to say that my claim has been processed and will be paid out. Now that's what I call AWESOME AWESOME and super efficient. Great job Lee Ann and the hole dotsure- Petclaims department.YOU ROCK
