Kaidene Anderson - Great Service

Kaidene Anderson was lovely to deal with, great phone etiquette and explained everything well and showed great empathy!

Not only that, I viewed and submitted my details to a few Pet Insurers who never got back to me. Dotsure got back to me within an hour of my submission!

Would, however, suggest to management to rework the script, it did feel overly scripted and could hear it has been memorised, also the line cut out a few times in which I could not hear Kaidene.

But overall great experience. Hopefully it remains this way should I need to claim.
