Kadhija was an absoluut superstar! First off, I was surpised to see her call pop up SECONDS after completing the online form. I quickly took comfort in her calm and collected voice and knew I would want to continue. At this stage, I was still driving and pulled into a garage to finish the process. She was patient, friendly and funny, and I can now say that my current Cat(Sokkies) and my new Cat(Desi) will be much more comfortable knowing that they are insured for any circumstances. Being in Sales myself, I would say she deserves the praise and the glory. What a wonderful person! Thanks again, Kadhija!
