Justin Jafta was really helpful, really patient, helped me pickbwhat was best for Isabella and I'm really grateful for that. He also acknowledged her in the phone call, by calling her by her name and not "your dog" or "you pet" which I found considerate, it shows he understands how important Bella is to me. Very lovely experience overall
